These terms govern your access to and use of Tinder CLI, including the website, dashboard, CLI, and related subscription features.
Tinder CLI is software for managing dating-app workflows from the terminal and web dashboard. You may use the service only in compliance with applicable law, the rules of the platforms you connect, and these terms.
You are responsible for the activity performed through your account, including commands you run, automation you enable, and any messages or content generated with the service.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials, session tokens, and connected device access secure.
You may not share access in a way that bypasses the intended subscription model or allows unauthorized third parties to use the service.
Paid access is billed as a recurring subscription unless otherwise stated at checkout. Billing, renewals, and payment method management are handled through Stripe.
If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period unless local law requires otherwise.
You may not use Tinder CLI to violate the rights of others, break platform rules, spam, harass, impersonate, scrape without authorization, or operate abusive automation.
We may suspend or terminate access if use of the service creates legal, security, abuse, or operational risk.
We may update, improve, limit, or discontinue parts of the service over time, including features, pricing, and availability.
We may also update these terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
Tinder CLI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with any third-party platform, or any specific personal, social, or commercial outcome.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
If you have questions about these terms, you can also review our Privacy Policy.
